On my mind…

I don’t know if it is the thought of turning another year older, Emily becoming a mother, or Cousins Deb and Kevin having their first born last week but I have found myself rather reflective lately. I think about how blessed we are to have the family we have. Looking back at all the pictures, all the holiday memories, all the laughter–it is easy to turn from mourning the loss of things in my life to being thankful for the time I did have them. Instead of focusing on all the memories I am not sharing with you now, I think of how lucky I am that you were there for the studio food fight, the assault on Wetzel’s king baby, the crazy years at Camp Stella Maris, and so many cousins cousins cousins moments. Our family keeps growing each year and I have been doing some growing too but there is a part of me that just never grows up and keeps me young at heart. It is you… I miss you and love you cuz. Jenni
